Project: Falling Effect Process Facility

Project Scope: INGENII’s engineers performed all structural engineering for the design of the steel framing of this process expansion to an existing corrugated paper manufacturing facility.  Structural scope of services included the design of independent support structures for six effects, two vapor bodies, and a process tower supporting two heaters and two surface condensers. All vessels were interconnected with an elevated walkway that was designed to allow independent movement of the large diameter vessels due to radial thermal growth, and when subjected to hurricane force wind loads.
