Commercial

• Retail: INGENII has designed over 150,000 square feet of commercial retail space over the past two years, including a 19,000 square foot store with an attached two story parking garage for 90 cars.

• Manufacturing and Warehousing: INGENII has recently completed ten projects for national and international manufacturers including Kraft, US Gypsum Company and Crown Cork and Seal.

  INGENII’s services on these projects have ranged from the design of new warehousing space, to evaluation of existing structures for new uses or as a result of structural failures. In aggregate, INGENII’s engineers have designed over 4,000,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing facilities.

• Public Assembly: INGENII has completed structural designs for a wide range of public assembly spaces, including theaters, churches, and reception halls. INGENII’s innovative design approach on a recent theater renovation made it possible to remove existing columns and improve lines of site to eliminate 90% of the obscures site seating in a 300 seat theater.

• Process Facilities: Over the past two years, INGENII has completed 17 projects for the HPD Division of Veolia Water Systems, including projects in 8 states, Canada, Australia, England and Israel. INGENII has provided structural designs utilizing locally available steel shapes and local dimensional units.

• Refineries: INGENII has completed the design of numerous refinery structures, including major pipe rack systems and process equipment support structures and foundations.
